How To Make Money Blogging

What this post is about

This is a blog post that I wish I could’ve read when I was just starting out on trying to make money online. There are so many useless information out there on how you should start your blog and how to make it profitable (which was 90% b.s).

Fortunately, I have discovered the true secret on how to make a profitable blog. Once you know and have tested this secret for youself, you could easily see through all the bs those “Blogging Gurus” sell you on.

I now make a full time living from passive income generated by multiple blogs that I own. I summarized all the important parts into 5 STEPS, so please read through the entire post before you take any action.

And believe me, if you follow all these steps the only thing you’ll regret is that you didn’t start sooner.

A niche is a topic on which your blog will be based up on. Ex. food, fitness, technology, etc.

Choosing a niche is quite simple. There are only 3 things that you have to think about:

  1. Are you knowlegeable or interested in that niche?
  2. Are there other people interested in that niche?
  3. Are there affiliate products for that niche? Search for affiliate products at amazon associates, jvzoo, clickbank, cj affiliates and etc. You should look for a product with 10-30% commission.

Recommendation: A niche with 20,000-50,000 monthly searches is a good starting point as long as there are little to no competition.

keywordseverywhere.com is a great tool to check for monthly search volume, cost-per-click and competition. You could alse use a free tool called Google Keyword Planner.

All done, you may now start posting

There are many ways to write a high quality post. What you should always keep in mind is that you should keep it short and simple most of the time.

This Is A Bridge Page

Here is a sample format of how I usually structure my post:

  1. Title
  2. Intro
  3. Topic
  4. Problem/Obstacles
  5. Solution, this will contain direct links to your affiliate products as well as links to your affiliate product review page.
  6. Alternative, pros and cons
  7. Summary
  8. Hook to next blog post

What you are trying to achieve is to get them to recognize the problem and their need for a solution. Again, keep it short and simple. Structure each post with a clean layout. Avoid making a wall of text if possible. People just wouldn’t read that.

In this post you will highlight all the advantages and benefits of your affiliate product. Include the pros and cons of the product as well as the alternatives.

What is affiliate marketing?

Affiliate marketing is an advertising model in which a company compensates third-party publishers to generate traffic or leads to the company’s products and services. The third-party publishers are affiliates, and the commission fee incentivizes them to find ways to promote the company.
